The Field Director leads the assigned team and gives positive direction to the staff to achieve team and council objectives. This team leader will be responsible for achieving strategic objectives for quality membership growth, fundraising growth, and community relations. This position will require travel 50% of the time and work with populations within Eastern North Dakota and Western Minnesota.
