Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server, who is at least 21 years old, to join our team at The Baker's Box LLC. Located in a bustling area, this role is essential for delivering outstanding dining experiences to our customers. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to the overall success of our café.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
- Make Specialty beverages
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry is a plus, but nor necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Approximately 30 hours per week/ NOT a summer job
- Must be 21 years old
- Have reliable transportation
