This position provides direct ABA supervision services to children on the autism Spectrum and their ABA therapists.
Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Assessments

Define Individualized Behavior Support Plan (BSP)

Direct supervise implementation of BSP
-
Graph and analyze data and identify effectiveness of BSP strategies

Training and supervision of Register Behavior Technicians, ABA therapists and parents/caregivers

Design Functional Communication Systems
-
Use ABLLS and VBMAPP tools to define ABA programs
Requirements:
-
Board Certified assistant Behavior Analyst
-
At least 1 year experience in implementation of verbal behavior
-
Experience implementing ABLLS and VBMAPP Assessments tools
-
Well knowledge of Microsoft office and Apps such as: Data Finch
