Job Description
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Store Manager to help oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This position is responsible for leading shifts, supporting team members, maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards, delivering exceptional guest service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Store Manager will work closely with ownership and other management staff to maintain operational excellence.

Responsibilities
Operations:
* Manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
* Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional restaurant environment.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health department regulations, and ServSafe food safety standards.
* Assist with inventory management, receiving deliveries, and supply organization.
* Help minimize food waste and control labor costs during assigned shifts.
* Complete opening and closing procedures.
Guest Service
* Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive guest experience.
* Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
* Lead by example and promote a welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere.
Team Leadership
* Supervise and support hourly team members during each shift.
* Assist with training and onboarding new employees.
* Provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve team performance.
* Help maintain appropriate staffing coverage and communicate scheduling needs.
Administrative
* Complete required shift reports, cash handling, deposits, and other operational paperwork accurately and on time.
* Communicate operational issues, maintenance needs, and staffing concerns promptly to ownership.
Qualifications:
* Previous restaurant or quick-service management experience preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
* Basic computer skills.
* Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
