Are you friendly, organized, and great on the phone? Sarkinen Home Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! We’re a locally owned company providing Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Cooling, and Water Damage Restoration services throughout the Clark County and greater Portland area.
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping them book appointments, answer questions, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Schedule and book service appointments efficiently
- Communicate with technicians and dispatch as needed
- Update and manage customer information in our system
- Perform general office and administrative support
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service experience (Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Friendly, positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
- Dependable and detail-oriented

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm - Occasional On Call Weekend
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
