Schedule: 3-4/5 days per week, weekends required
Job Overview:
We own and operate three locally loved businesses-Maple Street Bistro, Fresh & Foraged Cafe, and Sandos-and we are looking for a reliable and adaptable Floater to join our team. This position helps fill scheduling gaps across our three locations, supporting our teams wherever coverage is needed.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work environment, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is a strong team player. You’ll work alongside different crews while helping maintain the quality and service our customers expect.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team members across all three locations as scheduled
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service
- Prepare food and beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Help with opening and closing duties when scheduled
- Support the team during busy service periods
- Communicate effectively with managers and staff at each location
Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Food service or coffee shop experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
