We are currently hiring a motivated and customer-focused AT&T Representative to join our expanding team. As an AT&T Representative, you will work directly with customers to identify their needs, recommend the best wireless and internet solutions, and provide a seamless sales experience from start to finish.
This AT&T Representative role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing their skills in sales and customer service.
AT&T Representative Responsibilities:
- Represent AT&T as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored wireless and internet solutions
- Explain AT&T products, services, and promotions in a clear and engaging way
- Deliver consultative sales presentations that drive customer interest and conversions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and referrals
- Track daily sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics
- Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with other AT&T Representatives and leadership to improve sales strategies
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance sales performance
AT&T Representative Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation for local travel
