WeAreDocs is a physician workforce organization that partners with healthcare organizations across the United States to recruit experienced physicians for clinical opportunities in communities with significant workforce needs.
We are currently seeking physicians who hold an active Puerto Rico medical license and are interested in relocating to the mainland United States for full-time physician opportunities with our healthcare partners.
Our team will review each candidate's medical education, USMLE history, postgraduate training, licensure, and clinical experience to determine potential eligibility for available positions.
Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in physicians who meet the following qualifications:
- Hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted Puerto Rico medical license.
- Have passed USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, and Step 3.
- Are currently practicing or have previously practiced medicine under their Puerto Rico license.
- Are in good standing with all medical licensing authorities.
- Are willing to relocate to the mainland United States for the appropriate opportunity.
We Strongly Encourage You to Apply If:
You have at least 2 years of recent physician practice experience in Puerto Rico
OR
You have 10+ years of experience practicing medicine under a Puerto Rico medical license.
Physicians with postgraduate residency or clinical training completed in the United States, Puerto Rico, or internationally are also encouraged to apply.
