Christy's Foundation is seeking dependable, friendly, and compassionate volunteers to help support our weekly Food Relief Program, serving hundreds of families throughout the San Fernando Valley.
Whether you're looking to give back, gain nonprofit experience, complete volunteer service hours, or simply make a positive impact, we'd love to have you join our team.
Volunteer Responsibilities
- Sort and organize donated food
- Pack grocery boxes for families
- Set up tables and food distribution areas
- Assist with distributing groceries to community members
- Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and kindness
- Help keep the work area clean and organized
- Work alongside an amazing team of volunteers dedicated to helping others
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and willingness to help
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds (when needed)
- Dependable and punctual
- Team player with excellent customer service skills
- No experience necessary—we'll provide guidance
