Alta Glazing is looking for experienced closers who know how to sit across the kitchen table from a homeowner and get a deal signed. If you've got the presentation skills and the confidence to close, we've got the leads and the ticket size to make it worth your time.
The Role As a Closer, you're running in-home consultations with pre-set, qualified homeowners. Our Setters do the prospecting so you can spend your time doing what you do best: presenting, handling objections, and closing. Average ticket is $25,000, which means a strong week of closes translates directly into a strong paycheck.
What You Can Earn
- Closer: $120,000 – $160,000/year
- Top closers move into our Self-Gen Rep role, earning $160,000 – $260,000/year
What 1-2 Sales a Week Looks Like On a $25,000 average ticket, closing 1 deal a week puts roughly $8,000/month in your pocket. Close 2 a week and you're looking at roughly $16,000/month. That's the difference a strong close rate makes when the leads are already pre-set and qualified for you. (Illustrative example, exact commission structure provided during onboarding.)

What We're Looking For Previous closing experience in outside sales is strongly preferred. We're not looking to train someone into this seat. We're looking for someone who already knows how to close and just needs better leads and a better ticket size.
