Run and adjust conventional milling machines, including offsets

Assemble cutters to holders and index inserts

Use an overhead crane to load and unload parts

Measure, verify, and document quality to spec and drawing
-
Support troubleshooting with program, tooling, or machine issues
-
Keep a clean, orderly work area and a helpful team attitude

On-site in Richmond, Illinois

Training: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
-
Regular schedule: 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 3:00pm–1:30am

Overtime available as needed
-
High school diploma or GED
-
2+ years of machining experience
-
Knowledge of feeds, speeds, and chip load
-
Ability to read production drawings
-
Willingness to work overtime

On-site availability in Richmond, IL

Experience with FANUC CNC controls

Prior industrial milling background
