Come Join our Excel Preschool Team. This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Teacher in implementing and supervising the daily activities of the preschool group and providing a safe and nurturing learning environment. The assistant preschool teacher should be warm and inviting as well as show care for each child while nurturing learning. Bonus available, $.50 per hour incentive bonus for attendance.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
One of the following:
· Be at least 18 years old and have satisfactorily completed one course for credit in early childhood education or its equivalent at an institution of higher education within 6 months after assuming the position.
· Be at least 18 years old and have satisfactorily completed one, non-credit department-approved course (Intro to the Child Care Profession) in early childhood education within 6 months after assuming the position.
· Have satisfactorily completed an assistant child care teacher training program approved by the Wisconsin department of public instruction.

Available to work Monday-Thursday 2:30-5pm and occasional Fridays for meetings
Authorized to work in the United States
