Seeking person to provide administrative assistance for the coordination of art exhibitions, loans to exhibitions and logistics for the importation/exportation of acquisitions for private collectors / galleries .
Also, assistance with Customs Brokerage, freight forwarding and overall logistics..
We are an established I.A.T.A. Freight Forwarder, licensed Custom's Broker, and an NVOCC Ocean freight forwarder Logistics provider.
Experience recommended, but not mandatory.
Must be detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Position is full time.
