Position Overview:
We are looking for an initiative-taking individual who will lead our marketing efforts and contribute to our ongoing success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, a flair for creativity, and the ability to drive our brand to new heights. This role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategy, enhancing our online presence, and creating impactful inbound sales leads. This is a great position for either a seasoned marketing coordinator or someone fresh out of college looking to begin their marketing career.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with company objectives.
- Oversee web development, graphic design, video editing, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify product development and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to remain competitive.
- KPI and Metrics management.
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B.
- High competency with written communication
- Video editing experience
- A creative thinker with a history of innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing company.
- Understand Ai and its capabilities
- Software Experience - Adobe Suite, M365, Hubspot and Netsuite.Other Requirements
- Fluency in English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Industry Experience: Construction, Industrial Coatings, Concrete, Caulking
- Excellent written and verbal communication
