Statement of Qualifications (SOQ)
Please submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) of no more than two (2) pages total, single-spaced, 12-point Arial font, with one-inch margins. Responses must be numbered and address each question in the order listed below. Applications that do not include the SOQ or exceed the page limit may be disqualified
1.Describe your experience leading, supervising, or coordinating staff, teams, or projects in information technology, cybersecurity, compliance, operational support, or related environments. Include how you assigned or managed priorities, tracked deliverables, and supported successful outcomes.
2.Describe your experience coordinating programs, initiatives, or operational activities involving governance, compliance, privacy, policy, risk management, or organizational standards. Include examples of documentation, reporting, stakeholder coordination, or oversight responsibilities.
3.Describe your experience supporting sensitive, high-impact, or compliance-related matters that required coordination with leadership, Human Resources, Legal, Professional Standards, EEO, vendors, or other stakeholders. Include your role in communication, documentation, issue resolution, or operational support.
4.Describe how your leadership style, professional experience, and ability to coordinate across multiple priorities prepare you for a working supervisory role responsible for staff support, operational execution, compliance alignment, and continuity of leadership.

Temporary Appointments (TAU) may be considered if conditions warrant. TAU may be made to anyone regardless of eligibility. TAU may not exceed 9 months and will require eligibility to be obtained through an examination process in order to transition to a permanent or limited-term appointment.
