We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various rental home properties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while ensuring high standards of hygiene.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Conduct carpet cleaning and floor care to maintain the appearance and longevity of flooring materials.
- Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring all areas are clean and well-organized.
- Replace linens and other fabrics as required, adhering to proper techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns related to cleanliness.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals according to guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and clients.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including carpet cleaning and floor care methods.
- Ability to sanitize various surfaces effectively while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work consistently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
