Work 4 days, eight hours per day (32 hrs./week) -BUT- Get PAID for 5 days (40 hrs./week)
Normal work schedule is Monday - Thursday, 8am to 5pm with one hour lunch break, GET FRIDAY OFF WITH PAY. This opportunity is for those who are looking for a more appealing Work/Life Balance, having more personal time, without less pay.
Established company, in business for over 104 years, is now accepting applications for EXPERIENCED TIG WELDER.
Candidates must pass a pre-employment entry TIG Welding Test.
Once employed, employee must pass a TIG Welding Test to be a Certified Welder, within an allotted timeframe.
Must have the experience to independently perform: TIG Welding / Manufacture/Fabricate from Blueprints, with Little to No Assistance / Understand and Follow Industry Standard Welding Symbols / General Housekeeping of Work Area.
Candidates must have their own personal tools of the trade. Large specialty tools are provided by the company.
Due to the reduced four day work week, candidates must be very dependable, not miss work, have strong work ethic, be a self-starter and work independently with limited supervision.
The candidates must be detail oriented, as accuracy and attention to small detail is a must.
