Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
- Collaborate with the team leader to assist clients in finding suitable homes
- Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help clarify or adjust clients’ search preferences
- Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team guidelines
- Actively participate in team events and initiatives according to team expectations
- Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching and daily training sessions
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
- Host open houses during weekends
- Organize and attend property inspections, showings, and walkthroughs
