What You'll Do
As a Pool Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing 10–12 unstaffed pool facilities each day, ensuring each pool is clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain commercial swimming pools.
- Test, balance, and adjust pool water chemistry.
- Vacuum pools, skim debris, brush walls, and maintain overall cleanliness.
- Complete daily service reports accurately and thoroughly.
- Inspect pool equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Perform minor pool equipment repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Report larger maintenance issues to management.
- Provide professional and courteous service while representing the company.
What We're Looking For

- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
- Takes initiative and pays attention to detail.
- Physically able to lift equipment, bend, kneel, stand, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable and punctual.
Requirements
- Must be 19 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years.
- Must meet eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle.
- Ability to pass any applicable driving record requirements.
- Ability to work outdoors throughout the day.
