YTH Wellness is a growing wellness and medical practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through innovative health and wellness services. We are currently seeking a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Medical Assistant (MA) to join our team full-time.
This is a rotating office position, and candidates must be willing to travel between our New Jersey locations, including:
- Montclair, NJ
- Paramus, NJ
- Englewood, NJ
- Pompton Plains, NJ
Reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities:
- Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits
- medical histories, and update patient records
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing
- Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Maintain exam room cleanliness and stock supplies
- Coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments
- Deliver outstanding customer service and patient experience
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year of medical assistant experience preferred
- Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred
- Experience with EMR systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between office locations
