Coordinate with the Operations Director to establish and communicate daily and weekly production schedules for field crews.

Oversee the execution of maintenance and landscaping projects, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and budget requirements are met.

Monitor and manage the allocation of materials, tools, and equipment for each job, proactively addressing any gaps to avoid delays.

Implement and maintain equipment maintenance plans to minimize downtime and prepare for seasonal demands.

Review crew timesheets and ensure accurate record-keeping of daily operations and project milestones.

Plan and coordinate staff and supplies for snow operations, communicating schedules and plans to the snow team.

Lead, motivate, and support field crews, providing guidance, feedback, and training on horticulture, pruning, plant health care, irrigation, and maintenance standards.

Act as a liaison between field teams and the Project Manager, addressing concerns and implementing solutions as needed.

Conduct daily site visits to monitor quality, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Enforce safety protocols and procedures to minimize workplace accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize impact on schedules or budgets.

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste in production processes.
