WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO (AKA: WHERE YOU’LL SHINE)
- Build beautiful, high-quality charcuterie boards with precision, speed, and creativity
- Prepare and portion meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments to exact standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace at all times
- Interact with customers in-store and over the phone, helping them choose the perfect spread
- Manage multiple orders at once without sacrificing quality or attention to detail
- Support opening/closing tasks and daily shop operations
