About the Role
We're looking for a fearless, results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a 100% outbound B2B sales role — no inbound leads, no hand-holding. If you love the phone, aren't afraid of rejection, and know how to qualify a prospect fast, we want to talk to you.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to B2B prospects
- Quickly identify and prioritize serious, qualified buyers — no time wasted on tire-kickers
- Follow our proven sales process from first call to close
- Work toward closing deals in a single call — we close 70% of our business on the first call
- Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce
What We're Looking For
- A fearless cold caller who thrives on outbound calling, not inbound
- Strong ability to qualify prospects and disengage quickly from non-serious leads
- Coachable — willing to learn and execute our established playbook
- Proven experience with one-call-close sales cycles
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-activity outbound environment
Nice to Have
- Background in print media advertising sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
