Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a dedicated therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, rebuild daily living skills, and achieve meaningful functional progress in a supportive rehab environment.
What You'll Do:

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy focused on self-care skills, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and adaptive techniques

Help residents improve safety, independence, and participation in daily activities

Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to support resident-centered care

Maintain accurate documentation and monitor treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license required
