Description:
We are seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of residential and commercial appliances. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience repairing major appliance brands.
Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair household and commercial appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, washers, dryers, microwaves, and garbage disposals.

Perform routine maintenance and preventive service on appliances.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic control systems.

Install replacement parts and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications.

Explain repair recommendations and costs to customers in a professional manner.

Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory of parts.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Operate service vehicles and maintain tools and equipment.

Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of appliance repair experience with a proven track record of diagnosing and repairing major household appliances.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

3+ years of appliance repair experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.

Experience working with major appliance brands such as Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Frigidaire, Bosch, and Maytag.

Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical manuals, and schematics.

EPA Certification for refrigeration repair is preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments.
