St Joseph of Harahan is seeking a full-time Assistant Dietary Supervisor. This supervisor will provide leadership to our food service department.
- Production and service of high-quality meals
- Manage production in the kitchen
- Serve meals on time
- Establish practice of serving hot food hot and cold food cold
- Organize, supervise and train dietary employees
- Order food and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Keep meal tickets up to date and print for meals
- Meet with residents to find out their preferences
- Maintain and control food cost and labor cost
- Maintain schedule for dietary staff
- Assist Dietary Manager as needed
The right candidate will have previous experience working in long term care setting or hospital. Pay is based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
