As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary areas of responsibility will be assisting end-user customers regularly, both established and prospect accounts, as well as ongoing new business development throughout the territory.
Our Sales Associates follow the B&C sales process to influence sales for small and mid-sized customers, while driving profitable revenue growth. They manage a large (30-50) number of customers and are responsible for building relationships to help improve their business operations, in person and on the phone.
Generate new sales of MRO and Safety products into the territory.
Work in close partnership with your Manager and Outside Sales Team at the branch level to drive sales growth, and team culture to ensure we are working as a group.
The Black & Company Decatur Team is seeking a RESULTS oriented sales professional who understands that to be successful as a inside salesperson in our industry it is essential to follow-through every step of the way. A process oriented, strategic individual, who takes on a consultative approach to identifying customer solutions.
This Team Member must possess exceptional people skills!
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Industrial and Safety Products
- Ideally 5 Years Industry Experience
- Proficient on a Computer and Tablet
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to work as part of a team with individuals across various lines of company business
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, be organized and manage time effectively
Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
