The following job duties are typical for this position but are not limited to these:
Answer phones & greet customers
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Process bids, prepare contracts, assist with project management, & order materials
Provide excellent customer service
Coordinate with customers, crew leads, and vendors in a fast paced environment
Process incoming/outgoing mail
Accounts payable & accounts receivable
Process customer payments & requests
Prepare documents, correspondence, flyers, etc.
Use and maintain office equipment (computer, copier, printer, fax, etc.)
Keep offices, showroom, break room, bathrooms, clean & organized
File documents in the appropriate location
Complete other assignments as given by manager
Additional requirements:
Computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Word). Quickbooks experience preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Dependable, punctual, and available for work
Detail oriented/accuracy
Follow through on completion of tasks
Communicate professionally to internal & external customers
Work independently and be self - motivated
Prioritize projects/tasks appropriately
Positive attitude
Position is approximately 40 hours per week. Must be available Monday through Friday, 6:45 am - 4:45 pm. Will typically work an 8 hour shift. Flexibility required to fill in for other employees, when needed.
Background check, drug testing, and driver License required.
