The RSM provides coaching, training, and structure for this shift-lead model to support efficient, consistent operations across the program. To foster connection and provide direct oversight across all operational hours, this position is required to work on-site for one weekend shift and one swing shift weekly, maintaining high visibility and availability for all shelter staff. Additionally, the RSM oversees child care operations, ensuring safe, developmentally appropriate programming that supports children and parents. The RSM builds and maintains community partnerships, strengthens cross-departmental collaboration, and represents WCA in community settings. The RSM also provides after-hours leadership and support by phone or in person as needed. In coordination with the Chief Program Officer, the RSM supports administrative tasks, grant reporting, and continuous program improvement.
