Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Reports to: Unit Manager
Overview:
Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 513-bed skilled Nursing facility atop Onondaga Hill in Syracuse, NY. The Van Duyn team is committed to providing quality care and diversified services with a professional team of caregivers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Medication administration
- Charge nurse role for oversight of CNA’s to monitor care provided
- Monitor effectiveness of the patient/resident plan of care
- Participate in the care planning process
- Reporting to nurse manager/nursing supervisor/ADON
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Valid LPN Practical Nurse License
- CPR Certification
- New Graduates are welcome to apply No Experience necessary
