LPN/RN Private Duty Nurse – Pediatric Trach/Vent Case – Clifton, NJ
Job Description:
We are seeking a spanish speaking experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for a pediatric patient in a home setting in Clifton, NJ. This is a high-acuity case requiring strong clinical experience in respiratory and feeding support.
The ideal nurse is reliable, confident, and comfortable working independently in a home environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
- Perform tracheostomy care, suctioning, and respiratory monitoring
- Manage ventilator-dependent care and respond to alarms
- Provide G-tube feedings and medication administration
- Monitor and document patient condition
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Communicate with family and clinical team
Requirements:
- Active NJ LPN or RN license
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- REQUIRED: Trach and ventilator experience
- G-tube experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and reliability
- Pediatric home care experience preferred
- Bi lingual
Schedule:
Pay:
- LPN: $35–$40/hr (based on experience)

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
