Pawsitive Tribe Holistic Grooming is a mindful, God-centered pet care spa that believes in excellence, respect, and soulful service. We’re growing and looking for a reliable, emotionally intelligent person to join us as our Holistic Pet Spa Receptionist & Operations Assistant and become the owner's true right hand.

- Feed, walk, and give basic care to pets staying with us
- Manage grooming schedules and support the groomers
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and prepped for the next day
- Communicate clearly and kindly with our clients, in both English and Spanish. You'll get to know clients and their pet’s names on a regular basis

- In alignment with our values of love, mindfulness, and excellence
This Role Is Not For You If You:
- Need constant reminders or supervision
- Don’t do well in fast-paced environments
- Are not willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work (which includes cleaning up after pets, including pee and poop, this is a hands-on, all-encompassing role)
- Just want “a job” and not a meaningful, purpose-driven role
Perks & Culture:
- A peaceful, loving team rooted in faith and integrity
- Work in a calm, spa-like setting with wonderful pets
- Set 3-4-day schedule with 10-hour shifts (30-40 hours/week)

Experience in customer service, pet care, or a similar field is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person with a passion for pets and a strong work ethic.
If this speaks to your heart and you're ready to be part of something truly special, we’d love to hear from you.
