Position Summary
· The ideal candidate will possess a customer service oriented “can do” attitude.
· Our candidates must possess a strong work ethic and must be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
· Candidates must also have the ability to provide excellent technical service to ensure compliance with local and state laws.
· This job requires working outside and includes physical labor.

Compensation & Growth:
- Salary: $40,000 – $46,000 per year
- Additional Pay: Monthly punctuality bonus ($150) + performance-based bonuses ($10–$15 per positive google review)
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $41,800 – $47,800+ (including bonuses & overtime)
Job Expectations:
· Complete all scheduled appointments daily
· Provide quality customer service
· Manage a route
· Adhere to company policies and Core Values
· A valid Florida driver’s license is required.
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· Sometimes Tuesday to Saturday
