Full-Time Closing Server – Breakfast, Lunch & Dessert Service
Bonheur Ice Cream & Pie is a beloved Easton destination known for handcrafted desserts, homemade ice cream, fresh-baked pies, and our growing breakfast and lunch menu. We proudly serve our community with warm hospitality, exceptional food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking an experienced Closing Full-Time Server to join our team.
This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and can confidently support dining, dessert, and beverage service throughout the day.
Job Summary
The Full-Time Server provides exceptional guest service during breakfast and lunch service and supports dessert, ice cream, beverage, and counter service throughout operating hours. Team members play an important role in delivering the friendly, high-quality experience Bonheur is known for.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
- Assist guests with menu selections, desserts, ice cream, and beverage offerings
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
- Support counter service and guest needs throughout operating hours
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining service standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, management, and fellow team members
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Uphold Bonheur's commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience required
- Full-time availability, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and punctual
- Comfortable handling cash and point-of-sale transactions
- Must be legally eligible to serve and sell alcoholic beverages in accordance with Maryland law and applicable local licensing requirements
Schedule
Bonheur Hours of Operation
- Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday–Saturday: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Closed Sunday & Monday
Service Hours
- Breakfast: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Lunch: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- After 4:00 PM: Homemade ice cream, pie, dessert, and beverage service
