Job Overview
We're seeking an Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team. Experience with pediatrics, behavior analysis, or human development is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, emotional, and developmental capabilities to determine appropriate occupational therapy interventions - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals - Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, balance, and functional abilities - Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance independence in daily activities - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy - Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist - Specialization or experience in geriatrics is a plus - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to occupational therapy practice - Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation packages and benefits for our employees. Salary
-Mandatory of 3 COTAS under license
-Extra compensation package for each COTA & Evals
-Compensation is based on 60 and 30 minute therapy sessions with an hourly split.
