About the Team:
The Finance team spans FP&A, corporate development, and business operations, combining financial rigor with deep technical context. From shaping the company's long-term strategy to supporting capital raises and driving operational insights, this team sits at the center of critical decision-making. With a small, high-impact team, you'll have the opportunity to stretch across disciplines, influence the trajectory of the company, and deliver meaningful value back into the business every day.
About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior Manager, Corporate Finance to own our company-wide planning, reporting, and executive communication cadence, and to lead a team of G&A Finance Business Partners. You will set the standard for how we synthesize financial performance and present it to leadership and the Board. It is a high-visibility role that suits someone who can build detailed models and then explain what they mean to senior leadership. This role reports to the Senior Director, Finance and will play a key leadership role within a team of three G&A Finance Business Partners.
- Own the Monthly Business Review (MBR) process from start to finish. Set timelines and drive accountability across all financial business partners and department leaders, while synthesizing financial and operational commentary into a clear, cohesive enterprise-wide narrative for executive leadership and the Board, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities and turning detailed variance analysis into a few clear takeaways
- Support the Senior Direct, Finance in leading the company-wide Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly reforecast, aligning department leaders on targets and key assumptions
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flow) that reflect aerospace-specific capital intensity and long-range production cycles, including Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting that rolls cost-to-date and estimate-to-complete into forward-looking program forecasts
- Use Planful to pull, structure, and analyze complex datasets, and build reporting dashboards that let functional leaders monitor budget-to-actual performance independently
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement across our planning and reporting processes, raising the bar on speed, accuracy, and consistency as the company scales
- Help manage and mentor a team of G&A Finance Business Partners who support HR, IT, Legal, and other functions, and act as a trusted advisor to those department heads on headcount, resource allocation, and operating expense.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with 8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including time in a capital-intensive, manufacturing, hardware, or aerospace environment
- Demonstrated ownership of an AOP, forecast, and/or MBR process at the enterprise or division level
- Advanced financial modeling skills across the three statements, with the ability to build models that hold up under executive scrutiny
- Hands-on experience with EPM/CPM platforms (Planful, Anaplan, Hyperion, or similar) building dynamic reports, creating templates, and manipulating data views
- Proven ability to synthesize complex analysis into a concise narrative for executive and Board audiences
- Experience leading and developing a team of finance business partners within a high-growth or pre-IPO environment
Nice to haves but not required:
- MBA, CPA, or CFA
- Direct experience with Estimate at Completion (EAC), earned value management, or program cost accounting
- Experience standing up or modernizing forecasting processes and reporting systems in a high-growth environment
- Exposure to Infor LN or a comparable manufacturing ERP
