We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee the operations of our upscale men's grooming spa. Our establishment offers a comprehensive range of grooming services to our valued members, provided by licensed barbers, cosmetologists, and manicurists. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and fostering a positive work environment for our team.
Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the grooming spa.
- Lead a team of licensed barbers, cosmetologists, manicurists, and front desk personnel.
- Foster a culture of exceptional guest service by setting and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain effective operational procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals and uphold the spa's standards.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure proper availability and functionality.
- Collaborate with the front desk team to drive membership sales and retention.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the beauty, grooming, or spa industry strongly preffered.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of grooming services, trends, and industry best practices.
- Proven track record in driving exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
- Proficient in handling administrative tasks, including scheduling and inventory management.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for the beauty and grooming industry, keeping abreast of the latest trends and techniques.
