PA Crimson | Entry-Level | Paid Training Provided
Ready to trade a job you're just passing time at for a trade you can build a life on?
PA Crimson is a family-owned, rapidly growing fire safety company on a mission to become the most trusted name in the industry. We've built our reputation on a customer first mindset and doing things right, the first time, every time. We're looking for people who show up, pay attention, and finish what they start.
If that's you, we'll teach you the rest.
Who We're Looking For
Are you the kind of person who'd rather be out in the field than behind a desk? Someone who likes figuring out how things work, isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, and takes pride in a job done right?
You don't need a fire safety background. You don't need a degree. What you need is a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to build a real career, not just take a job.
Join PA Crimson as a Fire Technician Apprentice, where you'll get paid, hands-on training and join a team that values hard work, honesty, and having each other's backs.
About the Role
As a Fire Technician Apprentice, you'll learn to inspect, test, and certify fire extinguishers across a variety of buildings and properties. You'll train directly under experienced technicians and supervisors learning to spot problems, document your work, and help keep the places our customers live and work safe and code compliant.
This isn't busywork. From day one, you're doing real jobs that matter, with a clear, structured path toward industry certification and advancement.
