The Role $20/hour + Performance Bonuses | Full-time | On-site in Phoenix, AZ
We need a reliable, safety-focused Machine Operator to run thermal/mechanical equipment, handle high-value materials, and keep our facility moving. No prior experience? No problem—we train the right people.
What You’ll Do
- Operate furnaces, mills, and forklifts to process materials
- Load, unload, and sort materials with precision
- Follow strict safety protocols (respirators, hazardous materials)
- Basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide) and procedure-following skills required
What We’re Looking For: 18+ with reliable transportation ;Able to lift 30–50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods ;Comfortable in hot, noisy, dusty industrial environments ;Must pass a background check
