Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our growing practice. The ideal candidate has a proven background in dental practice management, excels at developing and leading high-performing teams, and understands every aspect of running a successful dental office.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the entire team to foster a positive, accountable, and patient-focused culture.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Deliver and maintain a consistently outstanding patient experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to help the practice achieve its goals.
- Support scheduling, treatment acceptance, insurance coordination, collections, and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Train and develop team members while encouraging continuous growth and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, team members, and patients to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and overall practice performance.
Qualifications
- Required: Previous dental office management experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all areas of a dental practice, including scheduling, insurance, treatment coordination, patient communication, and front office operations.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software.
