What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing front desk activity, and supporting security-related protocols for a commercial real estate location.

Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify visitor access according to property guidelines, and assist with sign-in, badge distribution, and/or visitor direction as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Answer phones, receive deliveries, maintain front desk logs and reports, and communicate clearly with building personnel regarding security-related matters and daily operations.

Support emergency response activities, provide information to occupants and guests, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and professional interaction.
Minimum Requirements:

Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
