Key Job Requirements and Responsibilities:
· Maintain daily production planning and scheduling, and inventory control.
· Oversee and participate in the release, creation, adjustment and closure of job orders
· Analyze inventory levels, production plans and schedules, and capacity requirements; take action to meet current and future business needs.
· Work cross-functionally throughout the business to identify issues and opportunities and remove barriers.
· Accountable and responsible for all SubOp documentation and communication with Procurement.
- Internal ERP systems liaison with employees and external software provider and external IT support.
· Support and participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Lead document and records control processes, systems, and training.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, materials management or related field.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes for metal fabrication, powder coating and assembly, and ISO 9001 experience preferred.
Pay: $62,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
