Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Crane Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate company owned hydro cranes primarily, but may also operate bare rented RT's and crawlers at times. Your expertise in crane operation, rigging, and materials handling will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to large-scale construction projects while adhering to strict safety standards and regulations.
Duties
- LMA - Leadership, Management, and Accountability
- Operate Crane
- Internal Crane Inspections
- Inspect Rigging
- Ensure Riggers are Competent and Safe
- Maintain CDL
- Assist crew on site when necessary
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Crane Operator with demonstrated experience operating hydro, RT, and crawler cranes
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to hydraulics, crane operation, rigging, and heavy equipment maintenance (greasing, changing oil, light repair work)
- Experience working in construction environments with familiarity in construction site safety regulations and OSHA standards (input on crane location/site logistics)
- Proven ability to handle materials safely.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and implementation of best practices for heavy equipment operation.

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
