What You’ll Do
As an Outbound Conversion Agent, you will be the voice of our company. Your day-to-day will include:
- Making customer service focused outbound calls.
- Engaging in meaningful conversations, practicing active listening, and addressing customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Meet and exceed daily call quotas.
- Navigating multiple software systems to maintain accurate, detailed customer records and complete electronic documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent phone etiquette and a clear, friendly, helpful approach.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and solve problems while maintaining emotional control under stress.
- Motivated by meeting or exceeding performance metrics and daily call quotas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced contact center environment, sitting for extended periods using a computer and headset.
- Take pride in ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining strict customer confidentiality.
