What You’ll Do
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, leasing, and investing process for residential and commercial properties with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional service
- Conduct private property tours, open houses, and market consultations to effectively showcase listings and connect clients with the right opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and transaction terms to achieve successful outcomes while protecting clients’ best interests
- Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns across social media, digital platforms, email marketing, and local advertising to maximize property exposure and generate leads
- Stay informed on local real estate market trends, property values, industry regulations, and Fair Housing compliance to provide accurate and knowledgeable guidance
- Support clients throughout every stage of the transaction process, including contracts, disclosures, timelines, and administrative coordination
- Build long-term client relationships through excellent communication, responsiveness, active listening, and a personalized client-first approach
- Collaborate with team members, industry professionals, and vendors to deliver a seamless and elevated real estate experience
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in real estate sales, administration, customer service, or a related field is preferred, but not required — we provide training, mentorship, and support for motivated individuals ready to grow
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to advocate confidently for clients and create successful outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse communities
- Understanding of real estate marketing strategies, including social media, digital advertising, branding, and lead generation techniques
- Familiarity with property management practices, contracts, and real estate regulations is a plus
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients, transactions, appointments, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, relationship-driven mindset with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build trust with clients from all backgrounds
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within a collaborative and high-performance real estate team
