Brooklyn Sports Club is hiring Swim Instructors to teach swimmers of all ages—from beginner water safety to advanced stroke development—in one of Brooklyn's most active aquatics programs.
This is a great opportunity for swimmers, lifeguards, and aquatics professionals looking for flexible hours and strong hourly pay while making a real impact teaching life-saving skills.
Pay
$22.50 – $40 per class
(Pay varies based on program type including group lessons, private lessons, and specialty aquatics programs.)

What You'll Do
- Teach swim lessons for children and adults at various skill levels
- Help swimmers develop water safety, comfort, and stroke technique
- Create a fun, safe, and encouraging learning environment
- Communicate with parents about swimmer progress
- Maintain pool safety and follow aquatics policies
Qualifications
- Lifeguard Certification and CPR/AED required (or ability to obtain)
- Swim instruction or aquatics experience preferred
- Positive, reliable, and comfortable working with children
- Strong communication and customer service skills
