Fitness Quest Puyallup is seeking a highly driven, energetic Membership Sales Consultant who is passionate about helping people transform their lives while consistently exceeding sales goals. What You'll Do
- Generate a minimum of 5 qualified appointments every day for new membership sales opportunities.
- Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and build rapport within the first 30 seconds.
- Close fitness memberships with confidence while helping members choose the membership that best fits their goals.
- Expertly upgrade members from primary memberships to premium memberships through consultative selling.
- Build long-term relationships that create outstanding member retention.
- Generate referrals from existing members through our referral rewards program, allowing members to earn gift cards.
- Sell personal training, supplements, and additional club services.
- Create engaging Facebook and Instagram videos that generate membership leads through social media.
- Participate in outside marketing events, corporate wellness presentations, community outreach, and on-site promotions.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and schedule appointments for the following day before leaving each shift.
- Maintain accurate records using computer and CRM software.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness club.
- Work effectively with teammates to deliver an exceptional member experience.

Preferred Experience
- Two (2) years or more of fitness membership sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding membership sales goals.
- Health club or gym membership sales.
- Retail or consultative sales.
- Customer service.
- Personal training sales.
- Supplement sales.
- Lead generation and appointment setting.
- Social media marketing using Facebook and Instagram.
- CRM or sales software experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- $3,000–$8,000+ per month (inclusive of performance incentives and commissions)
