North America GTM Team (1 Lead + 3 Associates)

About the Team
We are expanding our North America Go-to-Market (GTM) team and are hiring one GTM Lead and three GTM Associates to drive the growth of an AI-powered creative platform across English-speaking markets.
The team is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies, growing creator communities, executing marketing initiatives, and driving user acquisition and engagement across platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, X, Reddit, and Discord. Working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Design, and AI teams, you'll help shape the product's presence and adoption in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product growth and market expansion.
- Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and online communities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, online activations, and industry events.
- Create and localize content for social media while managing day-to-day community engagement.
- Monitor market trends, campaign performance, and user feedback to optimize growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Growth, AI, and Marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in GTM, growth, marketing, community management, creator partnerships, or social media.
- Strong understanding of North American internet culture, AI products, creator economy, gaming, anime/ACG, or entertainment.
- Excellent English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
- Passion for AI-powered creative tools and online creator communities.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
