Grind, an upscale family restaurant and bourbon bar in historic Boyertown, PA, is hiring experienced Line Cooks for both part-time and full-time positions.
We are looking for skilled, dependable cooks who take pride in their work, communicate well with others, and understand the importance of consistency and quality on every plate.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently
- Maintain consistent portioning, presentation, and food quality
- Follow recipes, plating standards, and kitchen procedures
- Work closely with other line cooks, prep staff, expo, and FOH team members
- Communicate clearly during busy service periods
- Monitor product quality, freshness, temperature, and presentation
- Help identify and correct quality-control issues before food leaves the kitchen
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked station
- Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Support teammates and step in where needed to keep service moving
What We’re Looking For
- Previous line-cook experience
- Upscale casual or fine-dining experience preferred
- Strong knife skills and understanding of professional kitchen techniques
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent standards
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy or presentation
- Team-first attitude and respect for coworkers
- Clear communication and willingness to accept coaching
- Dependable, organized, and calm under pressure
- Open availability, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and preferably local to the Boyertown area
