Barista – Starbucks | Orlando International Airport (MCO)
Villa Restaurant Group is opening a new Starbucks location at Orlando International Airport, and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join our team.

As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing high-quality beverages and food items.
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Follow all food safety and cash handling procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet service and sales goals
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain airport badging (background check required)
